2. Eligibility to Do Business With Us
To purchase pharmaceutical products from Abhiram Medical Agencies, you must:
- Hold a valid Drug License issued under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
- Possess a valid GSTIN for business-to-business transactions.
- Operate a legitimate retail pharmacy or medical store registered under applicable law.
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to represent your business.
We reserve the right to verify credentials before establishing or continuing a distribution relationship.
3. Orders & Supply
All orders placed with Abhiram Medical Agencies are subject to:
- Product Availability: Orders are fulfilled subject to stock availability. We will notify you of any shortages or substitutions.
- Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value may apply as communicated by our sales team from time to time.
- Pricing: Prices are as per the applicable MRP and trade margins communicated at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer revisions.
- Credit Terms: Credit limits and payment terms are agreed upon individually and must be adhered to. Late payments may result in suspension of supply.
4. Returns & Expiry Policy
- Returns of expired, damaged, or near-expiry stock will be accepted in accordance with the individual manufacturer's return policy.
- Claims for damaged goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
- We do not accept returns for products that have left our premises in good condition and been mishandled or stored improperly by the buyer.
- Cold-chain products returned without proper documentation of storage conditions will not be accepted.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945.
- Drugs (Prices Control) Order (DPCO).
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act and regulations.
- Pharmacy Act, 1948.
⚠️ Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid, current drug licenses for all scheduled and non-scheduled drugs purchased. Abhiram Medical Agencies will not be liable for any regulatory violations arising from the buyer's use or re-sale of purchased products.
